Starfire from Teen Titans at Dragon*Con 2008. It was my first time doing a costume that required full body make-up, and it was a lot of fun! For the costume, I basically just made a full leotard using my dressform and then cut the openings into it. The wig is actually two wigs put together for volume. If I had it to do over, I would have done the arm gauntlets and other armor pieces a lot differently. Still, it was well-received at the con and I had a lot of fun with a big group of friends in a DC Comics group!

Yes, she wears significantly more in the cartoon, but I think she's also very young in the cartoon. She's been around in the comics since the 80s, though.
